Welcome

Thank you for visiting! After winning re-election to Manassas City Council for 4 more years on Nov. 8, 2022 as the official highest local vote-getter in the whole City, I am busier than ever — serving, speaking, and leading initiatives to make our communities even better.

Contact Theresa to speak about topics that may be of interest to your group or business:
. Career Building: Theresa is a self-made successful business owner who built and operated several small businesses. She mentors entrepreneurs to grow their own businesses. Theresa, a George Mason University graduate, was recently awarded Alumni of the Year!

. Creating Events and City Happenings: As an elected City Councilwoman who founded a non-profit, service organizations, and who is a patron to many community groups and events, Theresa would be happy to share her expertise for setting up your own event in your neighborhood. Founder: Manassas Bee Festival, Community Connection Network: Student Media Team, Flags for Heroes Fundraiser, Food Truck Festival Historic Manassas, Neighbors Coming Together (HOA and COA Training), Shadow for a Day Career Mentor Program.

. Supporting Families: As a mom to 7 grown children (6 daughters and 1 son), Theresa has seen it all! As a mom, with her husband George (they met on eHarmony and were filmed in their success couple marketing campaign), they have raised 2 military, 1 film director, 1 scientist, 1 businesswoman, 1 media specialist, and 1 project manager. There is never a dull moment in this family. Strength in faith and love of family has seen them through the good and the challenging times.

. Candidate Training: I ran for office when no one else would step up. It was a very difficult challenge but with my background in the community and my marketing and communication experience, I know how to strategize to win a local election — especially in a competitive race. I won two terms and was the highest vote-getter in the 2022.

. Volunteerism: Volunteer leader as an American Red Cross Chair and iPast Rotary Area Governor, Prince William Chamber of Commerce member, trained master gardener and beekeeper, and member of the Prince William Innovation District planning group.
